Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in original condition with all packaging and security seals intact. Your safety and satisfaction are as important to us as the security of the products we sell.
Professional Note: Due to the specialized nature of security hardware, certain products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons (see section below).
